Brooke Fleming

As a Solution Engineer and Project Lead at Aerie, Brooke has a wide range of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform knowledge that she loves to share with clients. Having started her M365 journey in support, Brooke is able to get to the core of clients' issues, whether they be complex business processes, or simple bugs. Additionally, this experience has led to a greater understanding of how many Microsoft tools and features work together and integrate with one another to form cohesive business solutions.

Brooke can often be found at the helm of large, complex SharePoint migrations, carefully working with clients to map content, create an information architecture, and build a new SharePoint environment that works for their organization. Brooke also loves leading teams of engineers in gathering requirements and building Power Apps. Lastly, Brooke has a passion for training users to best utilize many M365 tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, believing that empowerment is a core component of successful adoption.
