With a single click from your SharePoint home page, you can access a Visitor Sign In form that captures key details needed for tracking and future reporting. Forms can be customized to fit your business needs, and can include- Company/Organization Name
- Visitor Name
- Contact Name
- Date of Visit / Departure
- Visitor Type
- Signature Box
After filling out the required information, simply click on the Signature Box, sign, and accept – it’s as easy as that!

How can I view the eSignature?
To view the signature captured in the SharePoint list, navigate back to the Notification of Visitor list, refresh, select the new signature document, and then click on the Signature Link.

All records captured through the eSignature Approval PowerApp are securely stored within your SharePoint enviornment.
