WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
Aerie is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand and meets the needs of our clients.
This position will required to work on site in Denver, Colorado.

- Strong research abilities: You can dive deep into industry topics, gather relevant information, and present it in a clear and concise manner.

- Attention to detail: You understand the importance of accuracy and proofreading, ensuring that all content is error-free and grammatically correct.
- Adaptability: You can quickly grasp new concepts and adapt your writing style to different industries and audiences.
- Collaborative spirit: You enjoy working in a team environment, collaborating with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to create compelling content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop compelling content: Create engaging blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and other written materials that resonate with our audience and align with our brand.
- Conduct thorough research: Dive deep into industry trends, best practices, and client requirements to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
- Optimize content: Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to gather insights and create cohesive content strategies.
- Proofread and edit: Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continually research and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant insights into content.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer or similar role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Viva is a must.
Compensation
- Base Salary 50k-65k (Depending on previous experience)
- Quarterly & Yearly Bonus
