“I'm driven to equip clients with the right tools and knowledge to feel empowered in accomplishing their goals. I’m also here to help when those tools don't behave as expected.”
Brooke Appe joined Aerie in August, 2019 upon moving to Vermont from Boston.
Brooke started her career in print publishing, which quickly transitioned into digital eBook publishing. As she found herself gaining more experience in the technical aspects of building, customizing, and testing courses within online learning platforms and frameworks, she decided a career in tech was the way to go.
As Aerie's Managed Cloud Services Engineer, Brooke is responsible for fielding calls and emails from clients and providing timely, helpful resolutions with all their technical problems. Whether it's answering a basic question about email, or troubleshooting one of Aerie's more complex solutions, Brooke is there to dig into the problem and assist clients with their needs at all costs.
Fielding client questions has led Brooke to have knowledge in a wide variety of Microsoft offerings, from SharePoint to Office 365 security. Brooke prides herself on her resourcefulness, ability (and desire!) to learn anything, and her commitment to giving clients the best experience possible in making unfamiliar technology accessible.
Brooke is currently studying to get her Microsoft Teamwork Administrator Certificate and hopes to serve in crafting business applications solutions for clients in addition to maintaining their success.
