Brianna Hinchliffe joined Aerie in September, 2021 as a new Sales and Marketing Client Experience Manager.
Brianna started her career as a behavioral interventionist for students with autism. Having graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Vermont in 2018, she is excited to move into the marketing and sales field and eager to the learn skills necessary to develop into a marketing leader.
As an Aerie Sales and Marketing Client Experience Manager, Brianna’s primary responsibilities are customer satisfaction and loyalty. She believes every touchpoint with a client is an opportunity to make their experience remarkable and grow their connection with Aerie. Brianna believes a transparent client experience is critical and welcomes customer feedback as a means of making the client relationship stronger.
Brianna is excited to work in Aerie’s collaborative, team-oriented environment where she knows she will develop skills and has already had the opportunity to innovate and create. Her ultimate goal is to grow in her leadership skills and one day lead a marketing team of her own, and she is excited to engage in the wide variety of learning experiences Aerie offers its employees. Brianna looks forward to growing with Aerie.
